You go by his defensive capabilities...And I don't see it being a good thing if he chases around ball dominant point guards 40 min a game other than playing passing lanes on the wing chasing over 1 cross screen a possession, sometimes not even that and just helping strip the roll man.
Kobe and Jordan are also shooting guards who have the ball more than their point guards on each possession. It's simply about defense and on offense you go with whom you're comfortable creating your offense. Jordan and Kobe didn't defend the PGs so they were SGs.

To be honest Burke needs the ball to make things happen also.

A lot of scouts really high on Saric. IF he developed an outside shot by the end of the season I think he could jump up to around 6th. Had 22 and 12 in his last game.

Could be the sf version of Gordon Hayward. Could be. Good insurance if Hayward wants too much money. The only down side I see is that he's not the shooter Hayward is, but you don't find many 6-10 forwards that can do what Saric can. Wouldn't mind him with the GS pick if Burke destroys the tank

List his forreal strengths vs. his forreal weaknesses. Be real about it. That should tell you that in a damn deep draft that his strengths outweighing his weaknesses is scary as hell. If anyone selected in THIS lottery that is likely going to be subpar defensively, then you better be DAMN SURE they will be near elite offensively.

I have been a huge saric fan but I wouldn't take him top 10. his shot scares me. although he does remind me of detlef schrempf.
