With no chance of making the playoffs this year, I think it's valuable to give him some confidence and more meaningful minutes. The Jazz are taking a long-term approach with him and Rudy Gobert. The truth is that a combo of Exum, Gobert, Hayward and Favors -- if they all live up to their potential -- could be title contenders some day. They want Exum getting that experience now and one more pick to give them an elite two guard could put them over the top. I'd love to see Ohio State's D'Angelo Russell on this team.

Dude is money with the shot. He's not as mobile as Odom, and will probably never be all that great at defense despite his reach, but he could be a nice perimeter big that opens up the floor. He looks like he'd fit well in any offensive system.
