Following potential 2015 draftees

That Arizona Ohio State game is going to be fun. Johnson looked smooth and completely unfazed. I don't see any way he lasts past #8.

Who knows on Hezonja... I think Euros tend to fall a bit because of uncertainty. Thought Saric slipped too far last year. Contract status/attitude may have him slip a bit.

I think the Euro draft positions are a doubled edged sword.
If a Euro likes a promise he's getting from a team, he'll be open about his contract situation and immediate future plans.
If he doesn't like the team or the salary attached to a draftpick that a team considers to promise him, he has most of the time a good incentive to be coy or develop with top Euroleague programs and enter 3 years later without being limited to the scale.
For Mirotic this has worked out, for Rubio it didn't because his team had real trouble financially. It has pros and cons.
But from a team perspective it probably matters depending on what they're trying to do short term, or how they feel short team chemistry development can affect the long term success.

I agree. The issues with the Euros is that they're already under contract to play professionally, so both sides need to want to bring the player over, and the player has to pay some of the buy-out out of pocket. So there might be a financial incentive to put off the buy-out for a year or two if both sides aren't totally committed.

From a financial standpoint one or two years makes no sense. Either 0 or 3 going from that angle.

no

His 3p shot looks good. He's .396 on the season on 3 attempts per game. His midrange is suspect, also his FT% is weirdly low at 61%.

Maybe it's because he's a lefty but he seem to **** it back a bit... Like he loads it up a bit. Might be better from 3 because he gets his full range of motion.

I really like his game for the most part. The midrange stuff is troubling. One thing I don't see pointed out much is he is good in the open court... Gets where he wants to go and is super smooth. If he falls id grab him. I like Johnson better though.
