Tell me that shooting stroke doesn't get you drooling. I have no idea if he will even be able to stay on the floor defensively and if Gobert would be able to mask his limitations, but for the price(second round pick), I feel like we can afford to take a chance. The kid is automatic from 3. He's having a 70% TS% season for Barcelona.

I wish dx wouldn't use this crappy flash trash service embedded on their site and upload on youtube with 1-2 days delay. I guess they're getting a ton of money to use this ****ty format...

Shot 4/10 from the top, 6/10 right corner 3, 8/10 left corner 3. His misses seem to consistently go left. I want to see his behavior in the game. I wonder if he's improved his attitude from last year. When I last watched him he looked like a Cousins clone attitude and behavior-wise, except nowhere near as talented. Nobody's gonna tolerate this **** in the league unless he's a star.

I'm not sure he isn't very talented. He's still raw. Also a lefty...How many sweet shooting bigs are in the league? How many of those are lefties?

Is this a mock draft or a big board?

Does he even have interest in coming over? The fact that he never put his name in the NBA draft is kind of telling, no?

The thing that worries me about him is that he has center size, but might view himself more as a 4. Might not have the requisite toughness that is required to battle the current crop of great to elite centers in the NBA (which there are a lot of). He is coming into a crowded pond of big fish.

Also physically super similar to Henry Ellenson. A little bit taller, but nearly identical wingspan, reach, and weight. Ellenson was younger at the time he was drafted too. He hasnt done much in Detroit his first year. Is Hartenstein a significantly better athlete or skill level prospect?

I like Hartenstein. The eye test says he's a much better athlete than Ellenson for sure and is a better player than Montiejunas. I think he'll be a good pro. I think he's currently underrated.
