I think there is a chance (small chance) that KD heads elsewhere. It seems crazy but a lot of folks are mentioning a disconnect... Green seems to be up his *** on every mistake and we know KD is thin skinned. Just something to watch... I know he said he will be back during the season but who knows. Maybe him and LeBron team up in LA or something crazy. They won’t be there forever and if Steph isn’t healthy they are beatable.

We need another 3 point bomber and someone who can create off the dribble. Rubio going down and Burks surge proved how badly we need more dynamic ball handlers. Dante, Neto, etc are not that.

But we’re gonna ignore his regular season stats with the Pels?

The Jazz have moved out of their original draft position in 3 of the last 5 years. It certainly could happen again. The question is what do we have to offer besides the 21st pick in a potential trade? I don't see it happening this year unless somebody really likes Burks.

I really do... backup? He put up 19/6 while shooting over 40% from 3.

Favs is great but just because Rudy and Favs can survive it doesn’t mean you are getting the best those guys can give and maximizing the team performance.

No but which guy do you think is more like the real Niko... the guy that joined a team mid season without a training camp or the guy that had a training camp to prep and familiarity with the players and system.

He shot 34.2% in 16-17 with the Bulls with a training camp.

This is also true... he’s a little inconsistent. Use all the data... I trust DL and Quin and think he’s a good fit.

We have guys that are scrappy and/or passionate about basketball. I don’t see Mrotic as that dude. At all.

So I guess he was still adjusting in 2016-2017 with the Bulls then.

But he’s a white guy from Europe?!?!?

He’s by all accounts a fiery guy and he’s a competitor... seems to have a high care factor and the type of personality that would work with our guys.

Trading for the guy we want in 2019 FA is not a bad plan if Rubio and Exum are both in the long term plans... but I’d rather try to do it in season with a 2019 pick not this years pick.

No, the Bulls just sucked. I believe he started playing way better when Rondo became the full time starter.

He went nuclear in a few playoff games... add that to our defense and the fact that the floor will be spread whether he’s hitting or not is also big.

Defense? Rebounding? Being able to finish around the rim?

It’s moot. Pels are keeping him and will do a Cousins for Jabari S&T.

    Favors isn’t holding us back.

It’s our lack of 3 point shooting and dynamic ball handler (other than Mitchell). Obtaining an above average ballhandler to go alongside Mitchell would improve us far more than signing the best 4 in the entire game.
