Following Potential 2025 Draftees

You arent comparing a guy who nearly averaged a triple double as a starter (when SGA was out) last year to Carlos Arroyo....

The East is baddddd. The Bulls could easily overachieve on the backs of Giddey/White having great seasons.
They could... but I am pushing back on the idea that a guy giving USA the business has a lot of implications on how next season will go. I don't think they could easily overachieve but they could do it I suppose. Its the east so there is an opportunity.

I mean, he's a highly talented 6'8 lottery pick PG who is going to have a career year. Just such an obtuse comment to compare to Arroyo.

So Cooper Flagg is the presumptive #1 right?

What's people's guess he ends up better than Lauri?

I know a lot of people want both on our team, but I'm curious what y'all's odds are he's better regardless if we have one or both.

I put it around 80%. He may never be as good as him offensively but defensively I think he will be an all nba defender pretty quickly. Offensively I don't think he will be a go to scorer type but he should still be very good on that end of the court. That is one of the reasons I like Ace Bailey so much is that I think he could be an elite go to scorer and lower case scenario he is maybe Rudy Gay which would be a disappointment but still a very good player.

That makes sense from you. That's very high to me. But you really value potential picks and other teams young players. I would not go above 50%.

i evaluated all those guys and the only player you identified above that was close to cooper was zion. that being said when zion got hurt in college i really downgraded him as being too big with too much tork. i knew hed be injury prone. cooper is better than them all in my opinion. my opinion is gold; take it to the bank.

They will be a borderline play in team but don't tell Elizah Huge that. He has them firmly penciled in as trashy trash.
They owe their first top-10 protected. There is no incentive for them to be anywhere near a play-in team.

So was Oden, Wiggins, Simmons, Zion, Fultz, and a long *** list of others.
Interesting list

Oden - could have been special if it wasn't for his old man knees.

Wiggins - was never mentioned the way that flagg is mentioned.

Simmons - if it wasn't for mental issues he may have been amazing. His way always if he can learn to shoot.

Zion - is amazing and a generational talent. Injuries again have been his down fall and laziness.

Fultz- welk DA saw that Tatum was the prize of that draft. So I trust DA. I don't think Fuktz would have been generational but with out that shoulder injury his career will always be what could have been.

The problem is you need to compare apples to apples and that is tough when it comes to Flagg. He will need a PG that will get him the ball.
