I was just taking the tone of the first post and running with it. Sorry it didn't fall in with your grand scheme. Yes I should have let you have your fun, but I couldn't resist.
Yes, I think it was lame to start name calling in your first post before you even got things going. Look at the second post by Archie, he didn't exactly embrace you either.
I think you got what you secretly wanted.

What do you have against a good testosterone battle? There's nothing wrong with homers and haters bashing each other, unless you're the flowers or hippie type I guess. Considering it name calling means you're overly sensitive. You're also being more defensive than is healthy, and need to realize it's not all about you and your butthurt feelings. Sports fans are going to battle no matter how bent out of shape it makes you. Embrace it before you turn mad. As a Jazz fan, may I suggest a little therapy visit to a Lakers forum. Go easy at first. Eventually, you'll feel good telling them what you think of their garbage organization.

Archie plays a character on here and predictably stepped into his role here. Tis a little different with him than most.

Can we please finally get back to the good battle now that you've gotten your venting out of the way at everyone's expense?

I'm having fun with this, and I would have to have feelings for them to be hurt. I think my venting helped your thread. It got you worked up didn't it?

Thanks for the crappy advice, but I don't take advice from haters.;)

Jimmer is the best scorer in the world, and we should get him on the Jazz to build the team around. He will be the MVP of the league, mark it down. He will also help his team win multiple championships, and will be the posterchild for minority (white) players in the league. Jimmer haters will wish they had him on their fantasy team. Jimmer's NBA team will break the Celtics streak of 9 in a row. Whatever team has him will put a statue of him up, and the statue will have a halo on it. People will forget who Jordan was. Mark it down.

Finally. You admittedly wanted the ribbon but were getting crushed badly by Archie. I was secretly pulling for you, but you weren't going to get it done without some serious nudging. I hated doing that, but it was for your own good you see. It hurt me more than it hurt you.

Now tattoo that ugly hermit's mug on your chest and post pictures so I'm not accused of unfairly judging. You have 23 hours or it's going to Archie, as long as the rest of the scared homers stay in hiding anyway.
 
I am neither a Jimmer hater nor homer. I am more of a Jimmer meh.

As far as the NBA goes I will be surprised if he converts that well really. From what I have seen he is a great shooter/scorer, but his PG skills are nothing special. He needs a far better handle and court vision to be a true PG at the next level. He is more of a tweener and we know how short tweeners usually work out.

I still think "Jimmer" sounds like a red-neck, in-bred name. Call him Jimmy or James or Jim for heaven's sake. I picture this when I hear Jimmer.

This is true.

That said, the chances that he will amount to anything are slim to none and Morrison just left town.
 
i see a slower unathletics verson of ronnie price, guy can score buckets full in college but will be stuck as a 3rd pg if he is lucky maybe a dleague allstar. the sallenger dude from ohio state is the best player in the NCAA
