Game 5: Termination Game -- Jazz @ Thunder 4/25/2018 7:30 pm MST

Idk if this has been posted....I simply hope this doesn’t absolutly motivation OKC with a rookie saying this. I love it, and I think he’ll bounce back and back it up, but as a rookie it may rub Westbrook and even PG and Anthony a little wrong enough to motivate them a bit more for Game 6 and make him eat his words

I worried about this firing someone for okc up. Hopefully it fires us up.

I'm still processing the loss. Wish more of you were chatting here, constantly.

Fuel for Westbrook. Could turn him into a one man show. For better, or worse.
Yeah Westbrook for sure won’t like this **** talk....but the fact he’s a rookie basically making a guarantee, may fire more than Westbrook up....maybe even PG who told him he was good enough to enter the draft will want to humble him a bit. The fact he’s a rookie and basically saying he guarantees he will beat them.....will probably run them the wrong way. **** talk didn’t work out well with Westbrook......Donovan made a guarantee, now he gets to back it up. This is the first bit of PR from a frustrated Donovan who said something off the cuff, but I love his fire and competitive nature inside him....but you gotta back it up....cause that OKC crowd will be all in against you if you return for a game 7 now. Donovan is now on 2 cities lists, OKC and Philly.

I like it... he’s pissed and showing a little edge. I think they continue switching and DM torches them in game 6... I will be watching the interwebs for the officiating crew announcement.

Lol I’ve been looking as welll...at least we know it won’t be Fitzgerald or Malloy again.....but I’m really hoping it’s not Marc Davis again as well.

And oh yeah he was pissed last night, I think Donovan will be very ready tomorrow night and hope he can go off. As the clock ran out last night Rudy kind of walked over to Donovan and he was bent over hands on his knees, Rudy kind of reached for a high five and Donovan just stayed there for a minute with his hands on his knees. He was upset last night, and seeing the fire come out a little is nice.

No Tony brothers either... Marc Davis was rough but I thought that crew was decent. The technicals and such were bad and there was a few BS calls but at least they went both ways.

Here's how i see it. it took RW and PG to combine for 79 points paired with fluky foul calls on Rudy to beat us by only 8 points on their home floor. That wont happen again.

Unleashing angry Mitchell. Is he going to try too hard or amaze us with another gear?

missed the game entirely holed up at Nowhere.

Well, here's the babe psychology of Utah athletics generally. I dunno, I can hope we have some players who won't do this (again). Success is the Utah "krypton" factor. We need a tough loss here and there to get back to the traditional role of all Utah athletes. Underdog. I'd say the "hayseed" state motto, but we don't grow enough hay here.

Fertilizer Rocks. That's Utah's ticket. The Fertilizer Rock State motto: Pre-Cambrian Rock has good live Protozoan species you can't get anywhere else. That's the Spark of Life for this planet, and for all Utah athletes. We just gotta cry some sweaty tears and the stuff dissolves into the primal soil and produces the mental clarity to win the next game.

BTW. Fertilizer Rocks are not original with me. When I bought my farm, the old farmer then---85 years old--- told me his favorite jokes about city slicker kids who imagined they could farm.

The real estate agent had to try real hard to make the sale, as he drove his gentleman would-be farmer up to the place.

"Damn!!!!!" He fairly shouted. "They've been here again. Every time I leave someone comes in with a truck to steal my fertilizer rocks".

Another one: The curious city slicker, bracing against a stiff north wind, asked "Does the wind always blow like this?"

"No. Sometimes it turns around and blows the other way."

So anyway. I got my fields of fertilizer rocks and plenty of wind.

Jazz take game six, no matter which way the wind blows.
