I wouldn't complain at all. When Mo comes back, this needs to happen. Burks can play backup point. Screw Tinsley and Watson. They need to be put out to pasture.

Carroll should start over Marvin. I really don't see a good argument against these propositions.

Because this is Al's team. He starts over better players (Hayward, Favors, Kanter). He makes the most money. He takes the most shots. He gets the most minutes. The Jazz have the talent to be a top 4 team in the West RIGHT NOW, with NO PG. The problem is, they also have Al.
