For the record, I like Tinsley. He can be useful, but he shouldn't ever try to guard a good player, and he shouldn't be forced to shoulder such a load. I honestly might prefer him to Mo in all honesty (I know that's nuts).
That said, the Jazz need to just play their best players, and conventional wisdom says your best guards are Mo, Burks, Foye, and Hayward (who is also a forward). Tinsley in a pinch is wonderful, Tinsley as a backup is probably okay in a vacuum as well, but you cannot justify him or Earl playing over Burks. Similarly, Marvin Williams is lucky to get on the floor at all, let alone ahead of anyone that actually tries and can produce at all.
