You can do tons of good **** with some barbells and a pull-up bar for the doorway. Get into some trisets that focus on time under strain, not max weight. You can get blasted, I promise.I work from house now. It kind of sucks because my house just isnt set-up for being productive. I'm going to need to buy a better chair, desk, and lamp.
The main thing is just that I'm worried about my parents.
That and not going to gym freaking blows. I can do pull-ups on the tree outside and we have a heavy *** boulder I can do lower body work with, but it's just harder to motivate myself without heavy weights. Bought some exercise resistance bands to do stuff with. Just freaking blows because I've made a lot of progress in the last 5 months.
Also, get some Olympic Rings for that tree you mentioned. There’s years of difficult **** to try with that $35 item
