Let me think, it was when I worked with Jason, and I left that job in June of 2000, so... some time before that. But the site started in '99 (according to a whois, it was registered on 5/31/99), so, yeah, within the first year.

I want to say I opened an account in 2008. I lurked and posted little before the crash, really started being active after the crash, joined not long after the new site went up. So I guess I'm coming up on 10 years active, 12 in total or thereabouts.
