I’ll definitely think about itstfu
JazzHoops was another forum. I remember when Splitter was originally slated to be a lotto pick a few years before he came out. PG > Hayward was what I wanted. Kawhi > Burks, too. That’s okay, though, as I also wanted Burke over everyone.I think I started browsing this site when I was bored shiftless at my job in 2005. I think I started getting engaged around the time the Jazz drafted Morris Almond and I wanted them to draft Tiago Splitter in 2007. I went full OCD when I wanted the Jazz to draft Paul George over Gordon Hayward in 2010.
Was it called Jazzfanz back then, or was it called something else, like JazzHoops or something?
That sounds about right. I remember getting used to the site, and then having to adjust to a reality where 2 out of every 3 posts was suddenly by PKM and DWillPwnasaurus.seriously, though, I think around 2009/10.
Or anyone is the STG crew with their confusing clique verbiage. That sounds about right. I remember getting used to the site, and then having to adjust to a reality where 2 out of every 3 posts was suddenly by PKM and DWillPwnasaurus.
Those draft arguments are permanently etched in my mind. Not the substance, just the presence. That sounds about right. I remember getting used to the site, and then having to adjust to a reality where 2 out of every 3 posts was suddenly by PKM and DWillPwnasaurus.
At least they both seem to feel ashamed about it at this point. I’m glad I stuck around to see that chapter play out. Those draft arguments are permanently etched in my mind. Not the substance, just the presence.
Well, when the hindsight reveals a debate about two guys that nobody is concerned about now... at all... it should do that. Little did we know a two-time finals MVP was drafted after both of them.At least they both seem to feel ashamed about it at this point. I’m glad I stuck around to see that chapter play out.
