Imagine the Jazz with Carmelo
So, your argument is that in some alternate universe, he's a great player who wins games for his team?Uhh, I guess you didn't watch the game.
Here's Gobert mugging Melo late in the game with Melo going for the three to tie the game. If Gobert didn't assault him, Melo The Jazz Killer sinks the three then gets the and-one on the foul that the crooked refs refused to call. Melo makes the four point play, puts his team up by one with just seconds left in game. Utah has no Big Shot makers, they chuck up a brick, Melo gets his eighth rebound....Melo's team wins. His four point play was the difference in the game. He killed the Jazz -- that's why he is called Melo The Jazz Killer.
THIS IS A F***ING FOUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, no. You should have said that Carmarshmelo is so great a player the basket comes to him.That net is
Uhh, don't you know anything about mirrors or photography?

The net appears closer than it really is. Melo and that cheater Gobert are actually thirty feet from the net.

But that would be inaccurate and physically impossible. My points and posts are all based on reality.No, no. You should have said that Carmarshmelo is so great a player the basket comes to him.
They put nets out by the 3-point line?
C'mon, it's an easy number to remember. Same number of championships as your fetish focus.But that would be inaccurate and physically impossible. My points and posts are all based on reality.
I live in the real world, folks. You Jazz fans live in a world where you think the Jazz are like the NY Yankees. Reality check, folks. Yanks have 27 Championships, Jazz have won, uhh, hmmm, this one is hard to figure out. Ah, now I got it. I believe the answer is the Jazz have won zero Championships. Deal with it, you'll sleep better.
WHEN the Knicks become relevant I will have no time at all to talk with you lesser people.Mtjk, if the Knicks ever become relevant again (I know, mighty big if) will you still have time to come humor us?
Man, Gretzky barely remembers his time in NY. He wasn't the Great One from Edmonton or even LA. He was like MJ in Washington.WHEN the Knicks become relevant I will have no time at all to talk with you lesser people.
Look, I don't want to be rude, but NY rules the sports world:
- baseball we have the 27 World Series Championship winners Yankees;
- hockey there is the greatest hockey player that ever lived - NY Ranger Wayne Gretzky;
- football there is the dynasty killers NY Giants (18-1...New England Patriots...oh, man, they lost one game all year...and it was to the Giants in the Super Bowl
);
- boxing, more heavyweight champions have come from New York than any other place.
I don't come here to talk to you about boxing, hockey, football, or baseball because you are so far beneath me in those areas. Basketball? Yeah, my Knicks have gotten a ton of bad calls go against us so we aren't doing that great. When the NBA gets better refs the Knicks will be on top again and you will never hear from me again.
The science behind that Melo/Gobert picture has already been covered and fully explained by me. Learn to read all the posts in the thread, Chief.
Yes. The refs....seriously, you're blaming the REFs for the Knicks sucking? The refs are the reason they haven't even sniffed they playoffs in 6 years? ....
