During the best off-season in our franchise history, everybody is fighting over Dante Exum. Freaking let it go people - BOTH SIDES. Enjoy this incredible moment of positive feels. Yep, whether the execs have been trapped by sunk cost fallacy or not, the reality is that we have enough of our team needs already met that waiting on his potential upside isn't costing us anything important. Just look at him as a lottery ticket that we bought with our lunch money, if it pays off, awesome! Otherwise, didn't cost us anything we couldn't afford to lose.

Pretty sure you could’ve plugged Adolf Hitler in for Dante Exum and a tiny bit of other verbiage here and this would’ve sounded right in 1936.
 
Do people really want to give up assets just to trade Exum into cap space? To what end? Obviously if you could get a decent role player for him you'd do it but I don't see where that trade is coming from. If Exum comes in healthy and is good next season--which I wouldn't expect, but it isn't a far-fetched possibility--then that is a huuuuge positive for the team.

Yes. Because $11.6M in capspace (if you find a suitor for Bradley) is pretty huge. Obviously do this if you have someone in mind that would commit.

Ok Dante sucks though, I will just need to continue to embrace the lie that he is good and the jazz will benefit from his dnps. That he wasn't a mistake to draft and to extend. I love the jazz always will I'm happy about the moves just feel like he is a bust and cost us other valuable roster players with his money invested. If we don't get to the next level he is one of the major reasons.
