If Conley goes, Rudy should too.

Conley is the only person on our team who can consistently make Rudy decent on the offensive end. If we lose Conley, there is zero chance of getting a similar facilitating PG unless we somehow pull off the miracle trade for Lonzo.

I don't want to trade Rudy, but we have to be realistic. Without Conley, he's an average offensive player. Right now, he has the most value he will ever have in a Jazz uniform. He's got to be traded if Conley walks.

No the coach needs to prepare the team to use Gobert effectively. It's funny how everything we talk about are things the coach can and should address but we just realize that's not changing. Hilarious.

When Conley leaves, someone is going to start a thread to discuss whether the trade was worth it or not. I’m predicting it now: if that happens, the thread will be hilarious for its notable absences; and for how the remaining few stick to their guns.

Probably gonna be the highlight of the offseason tbh.

Anything more than maybe 8 is way too much for 2/3 of the season and a hobbled playoff limp.

Love Conley , but basketball wise , it really didn’t workout … first season forgot how to shoot , couldn’t pick up what we were doing ..

This year was better , still injured … gets beat far to easily in the pick and roll , not a good defender , puts pressure on everyone else collapsing on his man , teams just kick out to open 3 ..

Schroder would fit our system … didn’t work out in LA , far better defender … knows synder from hawks days … has a chip on his shoulder that this team lacks ..

He averaged over 7 ppg last year. That would have made him a higher scorer this year ahead of Royce, Niang, and everyone else down the list. He's better than Forrest, Oni and Matty Ice.

I think he’ll be back, but what I hope happens is that he demands a sign-and-trade so we don’t have to pay him and can at least get a pick or something.

I like Mike. The Jazz as a whole need to get a big bigger, younger and more athletic. The question you need to ask yourself is whether Mike can still defend at a high level. I think the Jazz would bring him back at the right number.

As for Mike's exit interview, Mike may just be posturing until he sees what numbers the Jazz would be willing to offer him. I wouldn't read too much into it.

We need more ball handlers. Cam Payne is breaking the Clippers defense in a way I never saw us do. He’s collapsing their entire small ball defense and finding cutters and wide open 3s for everyone. Not sure why the Clippers haven’t tried their zone… maybe Payne is too quick for even thwt?
