FWIW I have seen far worse things said about people in here that ended in the post not being edited and presumably no infraction. I went back and read the interchange and find it interesting that kicky was indeed the first to hurl a personal insult (unless in some way kicky felt insulted by JS saying "pseudo-intellectual douche atheists" or whatever). Technically kicky insulted JS's friends, which is not a lot different than insulting a girlfriend. His friends might be the most important people in his life. JS's response about fat ugly chicks seemed to be the standard internet tough guy exchange and I just skimmed it the first time, attributing it to simple immaturity. He didn't carry on with it other than kicky going right back at it, so it was part of an exchange. I passed over most of what both of them were saying as it seemed to be more of a grade-school squabble than anything else.
Seems that in fairness if JS reports kicky's first comment then kicky should also get an infraction, since he is essence did the same thing, unless there is indeed bias on the moderating staff.
I still think the whole thing between both of them belongs in the 3rd grade, but that's just me.
