I consistently described her as a pretty standard politician. I said she was competent. I said she'd be pretty predictable and essentially more of the same, which I was perfectly okay with compared to the ****ing clown show Trump is continuing to be.

Let me describe "standard politician" for you. Someone who is essentially dishonest, self-interested, tells people what they want to hear, makes empty promises, knows how to play the game, knows how to work with other standard politicians for their mutual benefit and not necessarily the benefit of the people.

Since politicians are typically the people who hold political offices I'm okay with politicians. It doesn't mean I hold them in high regard.

But Trump isn't a standard politician. He's a demagogue. He's petty and small. Every bit as dishonest as any politician, he's just too unskilled at the political arts to keep us safe.

I'll take a standard politician over Trump any day of the week and Hillary Clinton fit that bill. I absolutely did not build her up as though she was amazing. I simply refused to agree that she was some demon woman. Big difference.

I know this was your stance. In essence it was my stance too although I legitimately believe she is worse than a standard politician. However there were times you staunchly defended her even before it became clear Trump was leading the charge so I can see where the idea comes from that you are a strong Clinton supporter. You need to go back and read some of your posts. At one point I figured you had dropped the libertarian bent for the Clinton camp.

I'm unsure of your agenda here. Weeks ago, you provided a list of common issues that arise during elections (eg, alternative energy, abortion, etc.) and commented as to how you lean left on most social issues but right on, I forget exactly, I think fiscal issues. This was stated, as I saw it, to prove to us that you are somehow balanced and see things objectively, with no affiliation to any party.

Im completely open minded when it comes to politics. I, like everyone else just want to see our country succeed and do good. Had Bernie Sanders been given the nomination I probably would have voted for him. But in hindsight, he ended up folding and supporting Hillary Clinton. So Im not so sure he is a good guy anymore

As far as Trump goes, Im waiting to see what happens. Im not going to believe what the left has to say about him because they dont want to tell the truth about anything, and are just a bunch of gas lighters and race baiters. Im not falling for it like a lot people are.

My stance would still be that I'm against other countries influencing, interfering with, or having any involvement in American elections.

Most people understand the Russian hacking possibly influenced how some people voted. Only people running on sheer emotion (and some media headlines) would claim that it invalidated the election.

There were times when I highlighted her strengths, which she has some of, especially in comparison to Trump, who I've always openly admitted I hate with a white hot passion.
