I'm all for being the underdog and scraping up a bit of glory. You don't get good picks tanking. You get them on the street, say in some carwash in LA. Go find a couple of kids who work hard, say one who can pass and one who can shoot.

Other than that, never throw in on any game.

Blazers lost, Clippers won tonight. Guess those two + Nuggets and Pels are the ones to watch going forward.

Just those two of interest today I guess. Of course, it doesn't hurt if Thunder loses, but I strongly doubt we can catch them.

Actually, no. My brother watches everything. I ask him what happened. If he turns off a Jazz game, it's the end of the world. No TV at the ranch. Not even a computer there, or cell coverage. I travel a lot, but I'm doing all the driving, so besides the weather channel, zero. When I am at home, I have two girls who want to play Clue Master Detective, or the piano. They complain about my JFC time, even.

I read some stuff in here and figure you guys know it all. I don't think I can tell anyone anything in this part of JFC, but without it I wouldn't have a real link to the Jazz.

I dont know but defense has been a much bigger issue than our offense this season. We are winning at a pretty decent clip but terrible on the road and the only major difference is defense.

We also picked up some really solid players that according to advanced stats are some of our best players. Sef, Udoh, Royce and Jerebko are all above Mitchell, Favors, Hood, Gobert, Ingles, Rubio, and JJ in their Net Rating for the season. We did okay with pickups. We are in need of health and maybe some change with other players.

Gerald Green has been pretty good in 4 games. He also got cut by the Bucks before the season started and no team in the NBA wanted him until a few days ago.
 
So the Thunder beat the Clippers. Good news.
