Jazz are emerging as serious threats to sign Bojan Bogdanovic

Can we def do a double S&T and get Conley and Bojan while keeping Favors as a couple have said.

That makes no sense to me. We’d be over the cap and you can’t complete trades and end up over the cap.

I don't think so, you'd either trade for Bojan first by S&Ting Rubio for him but then you're short on capspace to accept Conley's contract onto the books unless someone else got involved in the Conley deal like Exum (which I have no idea if they could even do or not), or you do the Conley trade first but then you've renounced Rubio so you can't S&T him.

There's probably some cap magic though that people way more versed in this kind of stuff might know about like some 3 team deal, but that was my general impression at least.

Rubio is expected to sign with the Pacers. They don’t need us. Then they’ll just re-sign Bojan.

I don’t see this happening.

Well, if this somehow goes through, I guess we'll get to exchange our anxieties about shooting/scoring for anxieties about rebounding. Rudy's great, of course, but our presumable starting lineup's guards are average at best (probably a little lower), and our forwards are decidedly poor.

Keeping Favors, no. Getting a full MLE (almost $10), yes.

It's complicated, but possible.

Favors Mem $, Indy $ to Sacramento
Rubio, a Sac 2nd, Mem $ to Indy
Bojan, Conley, Sac $ to Utah
KK, Grayson, Crowder, Utah picks, Indy $, Sac $ to Mem

Every team must get something from every other team in a multi team trade. The $ would represent the absolute least $ needed. So Sac gets Favors for a 2nd (wow) and Indy gets a 2nd for Bojan (better than nothing).
