Jazz at the Pesky Wolves - Tonight - Oct. 20th 6 PM

What a frustrating loss. I love Rudy, but for chrissakes he needed to hold onto the ball at the end of that game.

And why the Jazz don't sign Jamal Crawford just to have him not play against them is a mystery to me.

On another note, I don't wish injuries on anyone, but if Jimmy Butler received a cheap shot by some Jazz player next game I wouldn't mind it a bit.

Very frustrating loss. However, let's be honest, the Jazz were wildly outgunned and kind of didn't belong in the game in that respect. But that's precisely why this team is so cool.

Besides Mitchell being a ****ing dumb *** and Ingles not shooting that last shot for some reason (you're down by three with a few seconds remaining, and you're just going to careen to the rim???), there was really nothing to complain about. Gritty, gutsy performance.

Biggest take away for me was PG play of DM. I rhink hes being asked to do to much, let AB olay those minutes which in turn will hoowfully get him into the flow of the gane. If not Burks thrown in Neto. DM should play all his minutes at SG now Hood is out.

smh @ Ingles. But I guess **** happens.

I love Mitchell, and I think he will probably be a very good player. But at the moment, he's hurting the team.

Burks shouldn't get many minutes if he plays the way he did today

Haven't caught much of this thread, but I'm guessing Rubio is getting more love again.
I am not much of a fan.

No wonder he gets 10 assists - he has the ball in his hands the whole time.

It is the same with players like Rondo and James. Everyone says they are the most unselfish type players - but I don't see it. They love to be the center of everything.

Often their assists are simple passes to perimeter guys who knock down shots.

He seems to be a step slower to me too. Doesn't break the paint very deep. But maybe that is intentional with the twin towers in there?

Either way, this team is going nowhere. Neither up or down much.

I want to see more Mitchell. Develop the kid. Don't make the same mistakes as the past.

Ingles needs to get the "let the game come to him" out of his system. He passed up 3-4 reasonable 3 or looks tonight

Ingles knows deep down that he is not going to maintain a healthy efficiency if he takes all the looks.

Think of it this way, he has a fair bit of gravity atm. If he ups his volume and falls back to 37% - the team may lose out in the long run.

Or maybe I just wasted 5 seconds of all your lives??

Watching Ingles pass up the last shot brings to light that that is one spot where we are going to miss Hayward. Gordon drew so much attention that it freed up our other shooters. Mitchell can become that guy but he is a couple of seasons away.

Embodied pretty much what I expect from us this year. Mediocre Mitchell play. No one to hit the big shot at the end. A close loss.
