If Favors leaves we need to fill 2 positions: starting PF and back up center. Udoh is unplayable. People forget who won Game 2 (THE game) against OKC. Certain PF who gave us 20 points and 16 rebounds.
Love Booker. Great news. Looks like we're not making any splash. Extend our guys and fill in the roster with mínimum vets. Bertans and Booker probably mean Udoh and Jerebko are gone.

No real reason to post this, other than it makes me happy. Jazz didn’t back down an inch. It started with Booker. If he comes back, I wouldn’t be upset at all. Love the guy.

When are the Jazz going to get some athletic young talent than these retreads. These retreads are not needed when you have the best defensive Center on the planet manning the middle .Jazz should be going after guys like Hezonja or Labissiere or Bender or Chriss when you supposedly have a good training staff on your team. WTF are they going to teach a retread like Booker ,are they going to teach Crowder how to jump high enough to slam dunk a basketball.
It's total BS when you hear about their training staff being good teachers and the Jazz keep signing retreads to put on your bench .This is why they can get to the playoffs but get outclassed when they get to the 2nd round. Jazz focus is just to make the playoffs NOT win it.

Maybe the Jazz better have ears to the ground on this one.
I love the toughness and work ethic Booker brought to the Jazz, but if we keep Favors I don't really see where he fits with this current Jazz team. I honestly think Crower, Sefelosha and Jerebko are all better options at the backup 4, they're definitely all better shooters.
Young athletic talent?
Like Mitchell, Allen, Exum, Burks and O’Neale?
Jazz find and get both retreads and young new talent. Depends on what role they are trying to fill.

Yeah, but we spent $13 million last year to add Thabo, Jerekbo, and Udoh instead of going after somebody like Jonathan Simmons or Jamychal Green or Mirotic. And now we are talking about keeping often injured 8 year vet Favors and bringing back Booker instead of going after a Jabari Parker, Hezonja, Seth Curry or Jerami Grant.
We are super conservative. Almost always have been.
