Jazz Offseason Plan

Yeah, only one of the dudes is a small scoring guard (Curry) and he only won 1 before getting Durant. It's the same **** you parrot. It's an extremely small sample of teams winning with their leading scorer being a 6'1 scoring guard.
He would have won without Durant.

Never before has there been a 6'1" shooting guard from Louisville who was born in the second-to-last season of Seinfeld who has led their team to a title. It would have to upset a massive historical precedent for anything like that to happen.

It's time to tear it down.

Impossible to know. Durant could have gone to a different super team and beat the warriors
Wouldn't have happened. And still they wouldn't have had the continuity to take out the warriors at their peak. It's pretty clear.

WTF.......why would we stop there? Let's add Kawhi, KD, and Jimmy Butler.
In the here and now, sure that roster looks unrealistic. But if Utah was willing to move Rudy and any combo of Clarkson, Bogey and picks in a multiplayer deal that nets us Dame, do you really think Utah would have trouble convincing guys like PJ Tucker to sign a 1 year deal for the chance to come chase a ring with Dame and Don?

We need to go all out for John Collins. DWade, Don and Ryan should be at his door the minute free agency starts.

On the court, Collins fits with Conley and Rudy. He gives us much needed youth and athleticism. If he wants to sign with us at a very near max number that Atlanta won't match, then we figure out a sign and trade. We would have Bojan, Favors and Clarkson to use as trade chips. Might take a 3 team deal.

I love the short term nucleus of
Don
Rudy
Collins
Conley
Joe
Royce

and the long term core of
Don and Collins

No its not lmao. The Warriors just lost to the Cavs. What do you mean they wouldnt have been able to be taken out? The only year the Warriors faced a Durant team in the playoffs it took them 7 games to beat them, and that was with an epic choke performance in Game 6 from the Thunder.

Not to mention the only ring they won without Durant, they got super lucky and faced a Cavs team without Love or Irving. Stop with the revisionist history. The starting lineup for the Cavs was Lebron James, Timofey Mozgov, Tristant THompson, Iman Shumpert, and Matty Dellavadova. It took them 6 games to beat that team lmao.

The Warriors without werent some unbeatable super team. They were an amazing team, sure, but they werent a guarantee to repeat or threepeat championships.
