I put Cousins odds of success at about 17%. I'd take him at #9 but I'd pass in the top four, no doubt. Whoever has that #5 pick is doomed.

Lol, your putting a guy who was the Freshman of the year at 17% success rate? His main flags are immaturity due to age and environment.

Yes, I am. I am that confident that he will be a major pain in the ***, lazy piece of ****, whose caught with drugs, too much food, and/or hookers multiple times throughout his career which will flame out on about six different teams. He'll be a Randolph/Curry/Coleman combo and he'll have a long career based on his natural ability but he won't nearly reach his potential and will be a major migraine along the way.

I didn't watch any college ball this year until the tournament. I like Hayward because he has sweet handles for a 6'8" guy, can create or get his own shot off the dribble, has a sweet shooting stroke despite having mediocre percentages this year, he is a great passer for a SF, is an underrated athlete with live legs, and possesses great toughness. He will make up for his athletic limitations on the defensive end with smarts and great effort...think Horny on D. He needs to get stronger, but he is a Jazz man if I have ever seen one. He would contribute off the bench from day one and Sloan would love him. Smart, versatile, tough, and talented. Comparing him to Kyle Korver is a travesty. He can do a lot more with a basketball than Korver can.

So he's the next Harpring? If so that's not bad, Harpring was good until he got old and injured.

He is a much better ballhandler and outside shooter than Harpring. He is also a better tennis player. Harpring isn't a terrible comparison though as far as the value Hayward would bring to the team...Hayward is obviously slimmer and a much more fluid athlete and won't be able to bang Ron Artest like Harp was able to.
