I see no reason to affirm it from that clip. I see very little reason to say he doesn't.

Well, in his own words he has "done his research." That's the ****ing line that killed me. That's probably the most spoken phrase by any conspiracy nut job I've ever come across. Herd immunity means that spread of disease is reduced and becomes unlikely, not that the disease is removed from the population.
