I think Hood proved that he can do it, and Burks is still unproven under Snyder. The 1st thing I'd do is make a hard run at Chip Engelland. Let the "Shot Doctor" work on Hayward, Burks, Exum, Ingles and even Burke and I think you'd see a HUGE improvement in that area.
Then next year look for a mercenary in the FA market to go after.
As Ellis said, Hood has shown he can be one of those guys. And don't forget Hayward. He's decent, but not stellar from the 3PT line, but his other skills make him a tough cover...if teams can't key on him. All Utah really needs is a PG who can shoot. Jazz were often 3-on-5 on offense with no offense from Dante and little from Millsap/Inlges (until Hood cam back from his injury).
