Kamala Harris for Pres

There is just so much material from trump just begging to be used:

As president, Trump had tried to force North Korea to scrap its nuclear weapons program.

In 2017, Trump called the North Korean leader “rocket man” and said the Asian regime would “be met with fire and fury like the world has never seen.”

Kim later called Trump a “dotard”, a 14th century term used to describe an elderly person, especially one who has become senile.

In 2019 relations began to soften. At one rally, Trump said he and Kim had been exchanging letters, claiming the two had fallen in love.

The polls conducted a decent amount after the Harris Campaign announces her VP pick will hold some water with me.

Netanyahu's speech in front of congress today was insane. Why is this ****ing autocrat allowed to speak lies to thunderous applause in a foreign country. He refuses to attempt the same in his own country; he knows he'd get booed to hell. Good on Momala and the number of democrats who boycotted the address.

Ok good. I was #1 Beshear and still am but I'm very okay with Kelly now.

Edit: Apparently was in attendance for Bibi's speech. which is a negative.

RFK, Jr. is a huge crypto advocate. BTC would 50x if the US match to gold. At that point, all the hookers and blow are on me.

Lots of talk that Trump will announce plans for the Treasury to accumulate Bitcoin to back the dollar when he speaks Saturday. That will change the tide of the election, unless Kamala pivots hard. Kamala and Doug have owned BTC since 2014 and are tight with the tech bros crowd. Pretty sure she gets it and will pivot as necessary. The really isn't a partisan issue. More liberals own BTC than conservatives. It's more of a boomers/millennials issue.

Has anyone here read/listened to "The Creature from Jekyll Island: A Second Look at the Federal Reserve"? Blows my mind what our banking industry is built on.

Like her work as the DA for the largest state in the U.S., or her role as senator for the largest state in the U.S.?

Her skillset is classic politician, especially Presidential candidates, resume stuff. Now I know since Trump is what counts as a qualified politician, we no longer care about those classical examples of a Presidential resume. She lacks the bombast, the showmanship, the cachet that currently serves as a primary qualification for POTUS.

We all have different requirements but this means jackshit to me. Watch her speak and then watch someone with a similar background who too was a lawyer and politician (governor of NJ in this case) in Chris Christie speak. One has brains. One has word salads.

Listen, I voted Biden four years ago and Obama once (would’ve been twice but I was out of state the other time and never did mail in) so this isn’t like I’m some life GOP-tard. But Harris is an absolute joke to politics and this country in a way very different than Trump is.

nah that's not accurate. He's always rambled on incoherently
He often resorts to “stream of consciousness” at his rallies. JMO, but I think he knows that audience are the chumps who will vote for him regardless of what he says, so little speech preparation for people already in his pocket. So, he often goes full-on off the top, resulting in streams of consciousness rants about electric boat motors and sharks. This stems from having no respect for idiots stupid enough to believe in him. Why prepare, he knows he’s an entertainer.

He’s basically a stand up comedian of sorts

This is the only news source I can find making this claim:

On the other hand….

Kamala Harris will likely be the next president of the United States – and that’s overall good news if you care about democracy, justice and equality. Joe Biden’s decision on Sunday to bow out of the presidential race clears the path for the country to elect its first woman and first woman of color as president.

Even though the electoral fundamentals for this year’s election have always favored the Democrats – despite what numerous misleading polls have been showing (and with most of the news media reacting purely off those polls) – Harris’s selection will largely shore up the weaknesses that were dragging down Biden’s poll numbers.

All of the drama and dissatisfaction over Biden’s June debate performance completely obscured the underlying factors that made it more likely than not that the Democrats, even with Biden as nominee, were in a strong position to win in November. Here are the facts.

Yeah, and I don't give a **** about perceived intelligence, and word salads, (insofar as it doesn't affect their ability to win). I only care about what policies they're looking to enact, and who's interests they represent.

My Brother in Christ, 99% of that article is them being fired up.

Oh yeah for sure, I didn't mean to say otherwise. It's in the title of the article that they are for the most part excited. Just pointing out that most of the negative is about the lack of public input.
