Would be fantastic no doubt. It would take a hell of a package to do it, not sure anyone less than DM or Gobert would even get them to answer the phone. We have nothing beyond that the could want. Favors? Kind of redundant with LMA. It's nice to think about it though. We would be all-time-all-world for D.
 
As much as I like Ingles, imagine these past 2 games with Kawhi in place of Ingles on this squad. I say we would be 2-0 with an average point differential of +22.

If the key pieces are Jaylen Brown and Kawhi, then outside of Hayward, Irving, and Horford, you can just run down the salary list from highest to lowest and this is the easiest option (ignore Baynes as he’s expiring):

Seriously after what he's pulled with the Spurs?!?!

I heard he wants out because he's fed up with system basketball and wants to go more freestyle and wants in a big market. The only way it would work in Utah is if the signed him as a free agent. It would not go well if Leonard was forced to come here via trade

Talking about trading for KL is a waste of time and intelligence

That’s perfect. We can give them back their future second that they owe us but with protections. That would almost be like selecting Leonard over Burks begin with.
 
Could the spurs totally reload by dumping Kawhi? Probably. If he doesn't want to be there then I think they go for it.

You would think the celtics have the assets. I would do Kawhi for Jaylen Brown, Terry rozier, Smart, and 2 draft picks.

Or kawhi for Hayward, Brown, and Rozier.

I would do Kawhi for Ingram, Kuzma, Ball, and 2 draft picks. Otherwise, I don't think the Lakers have enough assets.

I am not sure there are a lot of other teams that have the assets for a trade for a top 3 small forward. The warriors do, but I don't think that they would trade klay Thomson and Draymond Green.
