Kemba or Tobias, who would you rather have?

Suppose the Jazz can pick up either Kemba Walker or Tobias Harris in the off season. Which one would you rather have? Let's say Favors and Rubio are both gone either way.

Kemba. Better player and provides better offense.

Expecting neither in real life.

What does the rest of the cast look like? I honestly would take either one, as I don’t think we’ll land either one, but Kemba probably gets us closer.

Tobias. Fills a bunch of glaring holes on the roster; can be a premier scorer or tertiary one, efficient scorer, creates more spacing, plays a position of greatest need. I feel Kemba's size next to Mitchell isn't a plus, and I think they're kind of duplicitous.

It would obviously be great to have either.

I like it, too. It’s just too bad it’s nearly impossible.

I think the broader point is noteworthy though; I think we already have better options at the 1 than we do the 4 and I think it would be easier to find 1s on the market than a starting-caliber modern 4. Tobias is also substantially younger.

These things matter.

This is how I feel. If Favors is gone Tobias becomes a bigger need than Kemba.

If the Jazz pulled that off then the off season would be an A+. Even though I love Favors on this team that would be an upgrade, if they don't lose anything but Favors, Rubio, and the other FA's.
