It could be because if Gobert were to not run back down the court Snyder would pull him so fast for not hustling back down the court.

Most of the time if Gobert has a reaction its running back down in a celebratory excitement (like flexing or celebrating with a teammate) not taunting at the expense of the player he just blocked.

Yeah I remembered that and would count and that is 1 time slightly different in that Wiggins and he had been going at each other several times before and Wiggins dunked on him and let him know it.

Your point stands though and I might be splitting hairs in the circumstances and that Wiggins wasn't out of bounds under the hoop he was in front of Rudy on the way back down the court.
