Btw, I’m open to there being real, pragmatic answers to this question. I’m sure there’s a substantial back room to every mega deal like this (e.g. stocking sports medicine programs with your own people, getting your dudes jobs in various capacities, getting agreements on sponsorships, etc.). Still, I have a hard time believing that he wasn’t pitched with most of this stuff on day 1. There’s been time to negotiate out the rest, IMO.

My outlook is that I am aware as to why Mudiay has been signed, and Tony Jones confirmed it for me.
