Count me out - my milk dried up after my last baby 22 years ago. Don't know about the rest of the Mod staff.

And I'd rather be known as the Mod Squad by the way. I'm the cute female, whatever her name was. Y'all are probably too young to remember that show anyhow. Oh well.

Usually the power to say "no" is the most important one in cash negotiations. Aren't you kind of curious what PKM does to always seize that power? That's a hell of a lot of confidence. Maybe PKM just doesn't actually want or need anything or maybe he's just the best blusterer of all time. In any event he made a hell of a claim. I don't want to pony up $5MM to learn the secrets or anything, but I am totally curious.

In any event Archie, since it's obvious that my posts on any subject cause you great pain for some reason I suggest you simply block me. It will probably be better for the board in general in all honesty.

Tbh, I USED to be that guy, but not anymore. I used to have to win, to take everything, and wasn't happy if I left a penny on the table. Today I more value sustainable relationships over killing the guy across the table. Evergreen income is better than one-hit wonders that leaves no chance at a future deal. Partnerships over opponents... and I actually care about people today whereas I didn't in my past life.
