Yeah but I'm sure the Jazz wouldn't want their star player being the one starting & encouraging that convo. No it's not. It's like the trendiest topic around.

The Jazz are probably one of the most conservative Org. in the NBA, that's probably why. They don't like to rock the boat.I don't see why the Jazz would object to Mitchell talking about racial discrimination. That kind of censorship would be weird and taboo.
Uhh no I really doubt that. Steve Starks (Jazz President) even replied to the tweet and said how good of a person his mom is. He probably deleted it off of his own free will.LOL .. obviously the Jazz PR must have had a chat to Donovan about the inappropriateness of the tweet.

Yeah, I just hopen this wasn't in Utah (probably is though since it's an apartment and not her own house). Hope it doesn't sour Donovan's view of the city. He's been raving about Utah even in the JJ Reddick broadcast.

I’m sure you’re wrong.
Aye. Here was Starks' tweet. I don't think Jazz told him it needed to come down.

Yah he tweeted that out, doesn't mean he couldn't change his mind after a team meeting on the matter though.
Given he's the president of the LMH group, I think only the Millers would override him and I doubt they did.He can always have a change of heart after a meeting with other Execs.
They didn’t convene a meeting. WTF are you thinking?Yah he tweeted that out, doesn't mean he couldn't change his mind after a team meeting on the matter though.
His dad is the director of player's relationships for the NY Mets. Mitchell grew up with a silver spoon. I'm sure his parents could easily afford an apartment in NY.Eh? What makes you think he's quoting someone else? It's not a retweet neither.
Do you know how much apartments in NY costs bro?! They're not small & shabby!

It 100% didn't happen in Utah. Mitchell has been with the Jazz for barely a year. It says his mom has lived at the apartment for "years." Pretty clear it wasn't here in Utah.
That said, I wish these ****s would go. Between this guy and the dude in Riverside asking the black family if they showered before entering the pool it's absolute cringe worthy.
Props to Mitchell for speaking up and using his platform for good. With great power comes great responsibility.
