Off-Season Rumblings

Trade idea: John Collins to the Bulls for Lonzo Ball. I don't expect (or want) Ball to actually play for the Jazz, but it gets us off a year of JC and clears the way for Walker and Hendricks to grow.
So why does Chicago do it? It doesn't save them money and they drafted Buzelis, a guy who plays the 4.
 
The Bulls replace a relatively expensive player that doesn't play with another relatively expensive player that actually plays and puts up decent stats? I would think the Bulls would have to give up a pick to make something like that happen.
I think Utah would have to be the ones to put something in

My read is the Bulls are still in win now mode and JC is a contributor that will help. Maybe Buzelis plays the 3, maybe JC gives him the time for Buzelis to come along slowly.
