I think you do an incredible job on these tourneys, Gameface, and if in the future there is anything we can do to make it easier on you, or to help, please tell us.
Personally, I think the chatter about the hand in play, by those not in the hand, could definitely be reined in. One other thing I noticed, Austin spent a few hands sitting (not playing) at the final table, leaning on the rail, and it messed the deal up a couple of times (and cost fish some desirable hole cards once, IIRC). I was standing behind him and contemplated telling him to at least back off the rail, but I felt like that wasn't my call to make, and perhaps I was the only one it bothered.
Austin though, is a good guy. I liked him.

There is actually a rule about this. I have seen misdeals in casinos due to this. It wouldn't have been wrong to ask him to sit back. I'll try to address this at the next game.
