I mean if someone REALLY wants to change their pick after the draft, I think we can make an exception.FWIW, the tradition has always been before the draft, and I do understand that, but I personally think it makes more sense after the draft. Mainly because if the idea is to pick someone who will outperform their draft position, then it would be nice to know when they are actually getting drafted. But also because where a player gets drafted can have a huge impact on their success.
