Paris under attack

the most depressing, hilarious irony to this is the fact that this controversy (if proven to be planned by Muslim extremists) will further worldwide anti-Muslim sentiments, which only further strengthens the recruitment repertoire of ISIS. Countries responding by sealing off borders, and treating refugees savagely will find that these actions will result in higher rates of terrorist attacks.
That is not even the slightest bit hilarious.

The attacks were carried out by ISIS. They were planned long in advance and required logistical support in France. Highly unlikely refugees had anything to do with that. The president of France has called it an "act of war" by ISIS, and the response will be "merciless".
While I'm sure you're right that the actual refugees had noting to do with this, it is simply a fact that the flood of refugees made it easier for the terrorists to hide and organize in plain sight. It is truly a terrible dilemma we are faced with. The proper reaction is to embrace and care for the good people as much as we are able, while destroying the bad people. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to tell the difference until the bad group is doing something evil. By then it will usually be too late.

Horrible situation. My heart goes out to the French people.

I hope the US responds as befits an attack on a major ally.

people blaming refugees for these attacks: has it occurred to you that these terrorists are the precise people that the refugees are trying to run away from?

FYI, the attacker with the ISIS background and Syrian passport was a registered refugee. Which sucks. What are we supposed to do? We need to help these refugees, but we also need to protect our own countries. It's a pretty crappy situation.

What have these anti-ISIS air strikes actually done to help the situation in Syria? All they do is ensure Western countries remain a target for attack. The best solution is to stop interfering with the region and let them deal with their own problems.

Dal, I like you man, but don't be naive. Half of so call refugees, have no passports, no identities and are young 20-25 year old men. They are not running from terrorists. Some of them are terrorists infiltrating Europe.

Gee I wonder if questions will be asked regarding how ISIS is getting its weapons and money to fund their expansion and terrorist operations. Of course Saudi won't be questioned, as per usual. K

Proof? What do you mean by some? Do you have percentages?

If you paid attention to my post I never mentioned word muslim or islam. I think France right now paid for their colonial history in Algeria, Morocco and other African countries. They killed thousands of them during colonization periods, now it comes around to bite them as they have millions of people from former colonies living in France. And they are not French and never accepted French values and will never be French.
