Quin asked if there is total buy-in from the team, Rudy Gay spat

I did think Quin was going to get a T when he was sticking up for Conley and the end of the PHX game, not sure if any of y'all remember it since it hasn't been brought up in this or the game thread. The play was Conley trying the reach and poke from behind move, there was clearly no contact however we all know the appearance of reaching leaves it in the ref's hands if they are gonna make a call. Which that is a prime example I think of why Quin preaches the "show hands" on defense you hear the players reference from time to time. Especially going against Harden, CP3, Trae Young players very adept at drawing fouls.

You could see Quin saying the "magic" word a few times that usually will get you the T, I think the ref knew he blew the call so gave him more leeway.

Why didn't Quin challenge I wonder? I can't remember, had we already burned our challenge?

Pretty sure you know that there was no challenge and he had not used his challenge.

Really at that point the game was all but over as it was after the Whiteside bone headed foul and technical play
