There's a lot of luck involved, to be sure. The world is unfair. The difference is Miami strikes gold and we end up with Niang.

Niang is our best perimeter defender
It's sarcasm I think I hate Niang the most on here
He is still developing Niang. He can only take on one guy at a time, and only if that guy is a borderline GL player with a single marketable skill and zero abilities any other way. You cannot rush the master.I get the selection bias. However, it is the coaches job to spot talent and then to develop players they drafted. Minutes are an important part of development.
Quin was hired as a development coach. He seems to have stopped developing players to the point he can trust them on the court.

Dude you don't get it, he is under the Master's tutelage. He is developing and will be done when QS says he is done. DO NOT QUESTION THE PROCESS!!!1!Niang is so crap,

Hi Log! Hope you’re doing okay.Yesterday he sure as **** wasn't. Looked completely lost and bored. **** them all for the "effort" these millionaire man-children put into that game.
It’s stupid, but here’s what I find more stupid:Seeing Jazz fans on twitter saying Oni should get Royce's or Joes spot in the rotation once Joe is back from injury. So stupid and yet so predictable. Lol
