Its getting really annoying about a lot of people complaining about certain players. You expect the guys to be perfect out there. A lot of players have weaknesses and everyone focuses on every little thing someone does wrong.

Big Al- Doesn't box out, can't pass and plays lazy D. Well, hate to tell ya but he put up great numbers and had much better energy when we were winning. I would rather have him over Booz any day of the week and best of all, he played through injuries and carried the team practically the whole year. And then people say he can't play C cause he is undersized. Here are some names people but look at their height: Al Horford(6'10), DeJuan Blair (6'7) and then a lot of other C's in the playoffs are 6'11. Then look at their stats. Horford is averaging 13 & 8, Blair averaging 5 & 5, Pau Gasol 8 & 5, Perkins 5 & 8, Camby 5 & 12, Spencer Hawes 6 & 2, Ibaka 8 & 9, Booz 11 & 11, Noah 8 & 10, Tyson Chandler, 3 & 8. I mean if we had any of these guys I bet you would be saying TRADE THEM BECAUSE THEY AREN'T PUTTING UP ALL STAR #'S.

Millsap- Plays lazy D and is undersized so he can't play PF. Once again, he put up great #'s and was very durable. He is tough as nails and is a solid PF. He might be best suited for the 6th man or could get quicker and slimmer and play SF. But he needs to stay with the team. A lot of teams would love to have a talent like Millsap as a 6th man. Its ridiculous how many of you want Millsap gone

Harris- He can't shoot, cant run an offense, can't play D. Well, he shot 36% from 3, probably better than anyone on the team except Hayward. He had to come into a difficult system and try and pick it up right away. I bet he will be very very solid for us next year with a full training camp under his belt. Don't expect him to be D-Will. He's not a superstar but he is a solid PG going forward.

The Miles, Price, Fes, Elson, Bell stuff is reasonable because its actually legit and they all aren't that good. But the 3 above are all very solid players but day in and out people complain about those 3 and want them traded.

The main concern is defense. Maybe if we coached differently we would be a better defensive team. We seem to be the only team in the NBA that doesn't try and front the post or defend the post what so ever. We let the opposing big men get position and then double team every team leaving an open 3. The Jazz also force middle instead of other teams that usually force baseline. I think with an adjusted defensive scheme a lot of the players defense would improve.

Viny- Doesn't post substance, can't finish complete thoughts and is lazy. Well, hate to tell ya but he put up great posts and had much better energy when we were winning. I would rather have him over Sloanfeld any day of the week and best of all, he posts through hangovers and carried the board practically the whole year. And then people say he can't analyze basketball cause he is undersized. Here are some names people but look at their post count: Chad Feldheimer(1,866), Favors Flave(192) and then a lot of other people still posting have less than 500 posts. Then look at their stats. Chad Feldheimer has 7 rep, Favors Flave has 1 rep, Sloanfeld has no rep, Beantown 3. I mean if we had any of these guys I bet you would be saying BAN THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MAKING CRAPPY POSTS.

The main concern is moderation. Maybe if we banned differently we would be a better message board. We seem to be the only baord in the NBA that doesn't try and ban Boozer homers. We let the opposing complainers make new posts and then complain about them, leaving the rest of the threads available to be hijacked by Sloanfeld. I think with an adjusted posting criteria a lot of the poster's posts would improve.

I agree with your post for the most part infection, but it probably belongs in the Rep Comment thread.

Although it does address whining, so maybe it belongs in both.

Whiny moran.

I say everyone that doesn't believe that the jazz and their players are perfectly awesome should be banned! How dare we share opinions on a message board!

I'm really struggling to figure out what you think you did here.

You grow a pair and stop thinking every player needs to play at all star capability to earn your respect. Utah is a small market team and we're not just gonna get superstars. We're gonna get solid players that have flaws and some of you need to accept them. You are entitled to an opinion but blasting a guy b/c of one thing and wanting him traded is ridiculous.

Korver- No one wanted him re signed and wanted him gone because he was too one dimensional and couldn't play D. Listen to the experts, they say Korver is one of the biggest contributors to the Bulls. Not only does he hit shot after shot, but he competes really hard, is a amazing FT shooter and spaces the floor for Rose to drive. People thought 5 mil was way too much for him. if you would rather have Miles at 4 mil than Korver at 5 you're just stupid

Matthews- He doesn't deserve that kind of $, let him walk. Let Portland bite the dust on signing him to that ridiculous contract. He really may be Portland's best player outside of Aldridge. Plays great D and is a pretty good shooter. We should have signed both him and Korver, dealt w/ the tax for one year and waited till aK's contract was up and shopped Okur's contract like crazy.

By Whining about other poster's? That is what you thought the answer was to this problem?

Really? Grow a pair, it's a message board and we all have opinions.

Oh yeah, that's YOUR opinion.

Let's see if we trade a player named above and it brings back a player that fills a need ie granger it is a bad idea because that aforementioned player has some good points. ( scratches head )

Of course if were offered Granger and some take it. I wouldn't be upset with that at all. But I love Big Al and we finally got a legit post guy and now people want him gone. It just puzzles me

My point is that with favors who needs playing time and millsap and al not being a great combo on of the could be used to bring in a good wing. I bet if we offered big al Indy would give us hansbrough and granger for him. He is a perfect fit for Hibbert. Although I like big all and don't really want this trade
