Sirkickyass, you have frustrated me for your invalid and irresponsible claim that I was being "hateful". In the Happy Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month thread I posted a comment that in no way insulted any person for who they were or how they define themselves, nor did I express any hatred for the people involved. I however did express that anyone should conduct themselves in an appropriate manner for the environment that they are in. There is a big difference in what is acceptable at something like a gay pride rally (which I have NOTHING against) versus at a popular family vacation destination that caters and markets itself for very young children. I really don't care who people are attracted to, but for you to give negative rep that said I was being "hateful" is just not right. I will look down on people that are not accountable for behaving appropriately for the environment that they choose to be in (IE: Disneyland), but never am "hateful" of anyone because of who they are (race, religion, gender, etc). I respect many of your comments on JazzFanz.com and find many of your lawyer-centric views interesting and sometimes enlightening although wordy, but there is no spin that makes your "hateful" comment acceptable. Just like showing up to most churches or a job interview at a professional office building in PJs or just a thong and fuzzy slippers and a pet would be inappropriate for that environment. Feel free to try adjusting my words to support your claim, but honestly you just might want to be more careful before throwing "hate" comments around. Those are very strong words in this day and age, especially in reference to such topics as this. Oh, and just so you know, I don't "hate" you either.
FYI - Here was my comment (#8) from that thread (https://jazzfanz.com/showthread.php...d-Transgender-Pride-Month&p=158791#post158791)
"That is weird that they get the entire month of June. They already have a huge annual celebration for several days in Anaheim in early October every year. They even get massive hotel discounts and run around the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland en masse. Unsuspecting parents visiting the parks often come back commenting on the awkward situations they encountered and the equally awkward discussions that resulted with their children. I don't care what classification these people refer to themselves as or how they act in private, but certain things should not be so rampant in public regardless of gay, straight, or whatever especially at Disneyland which caters to young children. There are times and places for most anything, but come on and take some accountability for your actions people.
