Actually that's at least the third time he's tweaked it since the board rebooted.

What motivates these things? I seem to recall that it was "tweaked" to give mods and admins a truckload of rep points. OK, I can see the motivation there, sho nuff.

I fear in a few years Aint Brow will remember this as the first time the admins changed the formula and it was done specifically to reduce his rep power. It will be fact. No one owns the recollection power that he does.
I know I'm not the first, but I'm officially going on record as saying that Hopper will never reach 25 Rep Powers.
