Key is actually a player I learned something from draft wise. I like him during the draft. I thought he could be more of primary and that his off the dribble jumper was a potential premium skill. All of that was actually right. But I was too quick to dismiss his defensive concerns and a big reason why I did that was because I thought he’d play point and have positional size and it would work out because he’s a fiery competitor ….turns out it doesn’t matter if you don’t have the IQ, skill, and instincts to play defense.
