Rumor: Warriors have interest in trading for Ingles if made available by the jazz.

This might not be over yet. Warriors potentially looking to get a TPE for Oubre. The TPE would be just enough to absorb Ingles.

Well he signed for 2/26M and a sign-and-trade would have to be for a minimum of 3 years.

If they get a TPE do we trade Ingles for Moody straight across?

I hate to say it but I think I’m in. It hurts us a lot this year but it helps us a **** ton for the next six years (or more) after, gets us another legit young asset, and saves us money. Well, sort of. Ingles might’ve retired after this year.
 
If this is over then we go another season without addressing our biggest weakness and the issue that kicked us out of the playoffs 2 years running both years with solid leads. We still cannot defend effectively on the perimeter and we will struggle mightily against 5-out teams.
 
I'm really skeptical they'd trade Moody, especially considering how much more Ingles would cost in luxury tax. I'm even more skeptical the Jazz would.
 
Latest reports are Moody and Kuminga have looked very good in summer games
Warriors having second thoughts about trading either one
Also Simmons is pushing real hard to go to Warriors
