Anybody trying to watch the games at livebasketball.tv today? not having any luck today either![]()
Just came home hoping that they have fixed the problems by now but no luck. Still the same stupid loading animation. For people with livebasketball.tv accounts - I found a way to make the site a bit more usable. All you need is to make it work once - then you can actually watch several games at the same time, or switch between games within the page without having to load new pages(and having the page stuck at the loading animation). Just hit that button and it will give u the list of available games on the right side. As you see, the game I managed to load initially was the Ukraine vs Finland game, but I was able to switch to the France game by just dragging it into the window from the list on the right.
Kind of accurate.... I would say that the bigs (davis and faried) imposed thier will in that 2nd half and it played a part in the outcomeUSA: 98
Turkey: 77
The US team was a non factor in this game. Turkey played really well, controlled the pace and won the first half, even the first 26 mins to be exact. And Turkey played bad the rest of the way and they lost the game.

check some photos of LT female fans. Can't figure out how to upload images on here though...
Agreed on the principle but disagreed specifically about this game. I believe this time it was the different game style that got the US in trouble not the inferior competition which is indeed a factor whenever the US NT plays. But in my opinion, this Turkish team shouldn't have been a contest for the US team even if they played well. I think the collapse of the Turkish team was completely on themselves. Like I said, it was a game style vs a game style rather than being a team vs a much superior team. I believe that Turkey could have continued their game style and even won the game because I don't think that USA players were the ones who forced them to break, it just didn't happen and the Turkish players just internally messed up their strategy.THat is usually what happens when a team isn't as good as the other team. They can hang in for a period of time, but it's going to unravel.
It's human nature to take it easy against inferior competition at first.
Faried was good from the beginning. But as for the other players, I see it the other way around. To me, the improved performances of the US players in the second half were the out come of the collapse of the Turkish side. But it's arguable nevertheless and it might be a mix of the both ways. Maybe both the Turkish players messed up internally and the US players forced to a degree and triggered them to do so.Kind of accurate.... Mykhailiuk is in for Ukraine for the first time. Makes debut at 17. He's an interesting prospect.
