When your mortgage gets transferred to a different company and when you look them up you read 100s of horror stories that people write about their experience with them and the kick in the teeth is that they charge $15 for online payments.

I think I'm going to refinance just to get away from them, but it sounds like they have ****ed up people's refinance efforts by not providing payoff info and such.

Good luck. My mortgage also got transferred to a different company, but fortunately we've had only a good experience with the second company.

My wife is pretty insistent on taking home all her leftovers from a restaurant. She only eats them maybe 10-20% of the time. Sometimes it's something I'll eat, but I don't want to eat her food so it usually goes bad and we (I) end up throwing it out.

I'd much rather she really ask herself if she's going to eat the leftovers. Then check if I want them if she doesn't think she'll eat them. Then go ahead and just let the food get tossed by the restaurant instead of us hauling it home, finding a place in our fridge and then me eventually tossing it once it's clearly no good anymore.
 
When you're watching football and the ball clearly hits the ground and the receiver acts like they caught it or when the receiver catches it a the db signals incomplete. Who do they think they're fooling?

If it's something you'll eat, why not just ask her if you can eat it?

Agreed! In fact I considered posting this same peeve last Saturday.

This happened to me. ****ing awful. Mine’s the worst. I literally want to pay my house off in the next four years (I probably shouldn’t since I have 3.375%) and am scared I’m gonna send them a huge check and then they’re (the husband and wife who own the company) gonna take the money and run and send me some fakeass deed.

Was 41 at 12pm. Its ****ing disgusting at the moment, body armour and heat like this is not fun.
