I'm pissed that I bought into the hype surrounding air fryers thinking they were a reasonable substitute for frying. Their just convection ovens basically and they don't get you anything close to the same results as frying in oil.

Depends on what you cook. For things like frozen fried food, like pizza rolls and burritos etc. we like the air fryer way more than another other method for those things. Also not bad for reheating things similarly.

I wanted to make good buffalo children wings. Typo left in for fun.

I got a toaster oven type air fryer, so at least 8 have a decent toaster oven out of the deal. I made parmesan and garlic broccoli in air fry mode and that was pretty good.

I love Buffalo children wings. Best part. Our air fryer did wings really well actually. Turned the temp down a bit so they would render and they crisped up nicely.
