Unfortunately that seems like the norm. Why are supervisors and managers such big *******? Why do they let a person who is a horrible employee walk around not having a clue what they need to do to improve. They act like the person should just know what they're doing wrong instead of sitting the person down and making the expectations clear and giving them a path towards either meeting those expectations or the door.

It's a two-lane street heading into a roundabout and they went straight.

Even that's not too bad, except we're about two weeks behind schedule on our jobs so I keep getting phone calls from mad contractors and home owners all while working twelve hour days.
