So what's the potential story here.... Brett Kavanaugh was a star student and athlete at a prestigious boys school in Maryland. He and his circle of friends used to drink heavily and play various games. He and his group sometimes got drunk out of their wits and acted badly.

There's also some discussion about what a "devil's triangle" means. Kavanaugh claimed it's a drinking game, but some other people are saying it's a sex game. Anyone heard of this?

Kavanaugh noted he was "thoroughly vetted" by the ABA.

Anyone know why Dr. Ford hasn't already brought a Civil action against Kavanaugh? I know the burden of proof is much lower than a criminal proceeding is it not?

Might be related to the fact that they were both minors? Not sure. She would still need some real evidence to support her allegation. She could have gotten a complaint drawn up and filed weeks or months ago though.

She could still do it after she's appointed though right? I wonder if that has ever been done on a Supreme Court Judge? Through that process the court could subpoena all the witnesses including Mark Judge and they would need to start talking right?
