I think he is 6 foot 6 and like 270 but was up to 300 at one point

I could be wrong though

This is where I wish we had exit interviews. Simply from my eye test Lofton looked as lean as he ever has in the NBA during his stint with Utah.

If his big boy weight is 300 (what he started camp in Memphis this year) and his average weight is 275, I would guess he was probably around 260 in Utah.

Looks good when you load up his stat page, and you see that 13.8 ppg for the Utah Jazz. He also made a symbolic post on IG "The Lord Works In Mysterious Ways" with a bunch of pictures of him playing with the Jazz. I'm smelling a monster season for Big Ken Lofton next season, and I know it's not just the BBQ Pork Belly cookin over at Ken's place that has me deceived!

He looked way fatter than me, and I'm at 260 right now at 6'2". I get there is more muscle and bulk there but 260 seems on the low end from the eye test.
 
I would say it's more important for him to not gain weight versus losing weight....but at the same time we are talking about his weight way too much. Skill development + Maturity is what will get him a place in this league.

Issue is Lofton is 6'6 and KO is 6'11.
